I had to dump the first couple of batches of dough, they were having trouble rising. I think the yeast was not great. I bought new yeast, a different brand, and new King Arthur flour, and the first loaf came out yummy if not quite as tall as I'd like, here it is....

I just have to keep experimenting to get it right. It was nice and chewy and delicious, though!
